“We are getting off track. Raven, it is incredibly important that you keep that gift as hidden as possible. We don’t know where Mikhail is or who is working for him. We know that he probably knows where Ayla is. It wouldn’t be a stretch that he would think you are here too. We need you and Ayla training your giftings as secretly as we can. “Do I have to wear a uniform?” Raven sits up straighter in her seat.

Do I get access to the weapons room?” she asks, and I hear Cyrus groan, closing his eyes. I don’t even want to unpack that.
“Yes,” Lanswer while mind–linking Tyler to set her up for access to the armory but also to pay attention to her coming and going and providing me with a report of it. Not that I don’t trust her but…I am concerned she will murder Cyrus at this point.

Smart. I want you to be a pack member. We have the ceremony and introduce you to the pack. You also will train with Cyrus and whoever he deems necessary when you aren’t with Ayla. Your primary concern will be her safety and well–being and the pup within her. I am trusting you with my life p>
“Fine. I will do it. I will stay. But I need you to do something for me?” Raven asks, her mood switching to more subdued. Cyrus feels the shift and sits up straighter, studying his mate more.
“ I know that Alpha Stevens has ties to the ring or someone around him does. Even if it isn’t him with the ties, he still sold me to them, and I want my revenge for that.” Her statement brings a smile to my face. She’s perfect for Cyrus. She just needs to see it.
“As I already told Cyrus, Stevens and his son are yours and his to do whatever you please with after we find out his involvement in the ring. Just leave me out of it. I will handle it on my end if it comes to that p>
Cyrus laughs and I know he is planning his torture of Alpha Stevens in his head.
“This won’t cause a pack war, me getting revenge?” Raven asks me but I know what answer she wants before I give it to her.
“I don’t care. The alliance with his is void for all I care. Just let me get the intel first, then you and Cyrus can go on your little murder spree. ” I waved my hand at them.
Raven turns and looks at Cyrus. His gaze has been locked on her profile for some time now. She turns back to me with a steeliness to her eyes that could cause fear in any alpha
