Chapter 124
“Really? You’re gonna hide behind a human? That’s pathetic. Even for vampire standards.” I said.
“I take offence to that.” Cory said, walking into the cave. So the master tightened his grip around the human.
“Where are the rest? You said you were going to bring the rest of your family.” I said. “They didn’t want to get involved.” He said.
“I don’t care if they want to get involved. They have to get involved. This prick reflects badly on all of us.” I yelled.
“Why are you yelling at me. Find them and yell at them.” He said.
“I intend to. Damn vampires. You can’t fucking trust any of them.” I said.
Then I heard a growl from the master and Cory’s brother Cyrus was standing there with the woman in his arms and the master was backed up against the back wall of the cave.
“That hurt.” Cyrus said, looking at me.
“But it felt so good to be able to say.” I smirked.
“Cyrus. Get her home.” Cory said. So he picked her up bridal style and took her out of there.
Cory and I were then standing there face to face with the master when I heard Sergio, Angela, Holly, Caroline, Anya, Emma and Joseph all walk in behind me. All vampires. And all wanting to kill this one son of a bitch who was giving them a bad name and making it hard for them to exist at all. Especially since they fed on animals and not humans.
“This is a little unfair.” Master said, standing up straighter.
“No. What’s unfair, is me standing in the middle of this cave with all of your minions behind me so I couldn’t escape. I did even the odds. But then I took that away.” I said.
He looked around and I could tell that he was looking for an escape route but Sergio ran at vampire speed right next to the master on the left and Angelo ran to the right. He couldn’t get out without going through them. And they were ready for him.
No matter how strong he was. We were all ready for that fight. We knew that we didn’t know his strength so their orders were to not get killed. If they get thrown away by the master, stay down until they are needed again. Don’t keep going at him.
And that’s exactly how it happened. The master stretched his arm’s out on both sides and Sergio and Angelo both flew backwards into the wall of the cave and the master tried to make a run for it, but we were ready and blocked off every entrance.
Anya managed to block the entrance that he went for and I knew that he would kill her in a second so I ran up behind him and kicked his legs out from underneath him so he fell to the ground.
I then grabbed him by the back of the neck and some skin on his back and I threw him across the room until he crashed through his throne and reduced it to nothing but rubble.
I slowly walked up towards him again and he got to his feet and bared his fangs at me, so I let my canines protrude down and my claws came out.
He charged at me this time, but I dodged out of the way at the last second and I reached my arm out which caught his neck and he fell backwards onto the ground again. And this time I stomoped my foot onto his neck.

“Are you going to keep playing with it or kill it?” Angelo asked.
“I need him to know that he’s about to die.” I said, staring into the masters eyes.
His face suddenly changed when he realized that I wasn’t taking him in, probably for experiments. I was here to
kill him.
At the same second he grabbed a hold of my leg, I lifted it out of the way and dropped to the ground as well and I sunk my teeth into his neck.
I savagely shook my head from side to side until he was decapitated and then I got
up and I kicked his head away from his body.
“Well, that was something.” Angelo said.
“Set them all on fire. I don’t want to take the risk.” I said.
So Emma grabbed a torch and she set all the bodies on fire as we started walking
out of the cave, but I stood at the door to make sure that she got all of them. Especially the master.
I couldn’t take the chance that there was any way he could survive that.
“I saw a fire burning at the other battle site as well.” Angelo said.
“Yeah. They’re burning the other minions that they killed.” I said.
So we all walked out of the cave and I saw that the sun was about to come up. We
could smell it and Cory and his family had to take off before it was too late.
I thanked them all for being here for me. And they said that all I had to do was ask. They’ll help me if I need it.
