“Did Grandpa teach you that?” I asked, surprised.
“Nah, Gramps is old. I taught him how to do that,” he said.
“You’re slowly turning into something else, and I think I’m liking it,” I said.
“Of course, you should like everything I do p>
“So, is there something you’d love to know about yourself? Something you’ve been wanting to hear from us?” I asked, trying to start a conversation with him.
He’s like a mature man trapped in a five-year-old’s body. He acts like Dad most of the time, and it surprises me.
“Well, I do have questions, but I believe Mom will tell me everything I need to know when the time is right. I don’t need to pressure her into telling me what she isn’t ready to,” he said.
“Really?” I asked, shocked, and he nodded in agreement.
“Well…” I trailed off, obviously having nothing else to say.
Luna Vivienne’s POV
I rushed out of the mansion late at night because of an old problem I needed to attend to. I wonder what this woman wants this time around. I pay her every month to keep her mouth shut, but now she’s disturbing me again.
“Give me the car keys,” I said to the driver, who stared at me in surprise.
“Good evening, Luna,” Amira greeted, walking out of her car all by herself.
“Yeah,” I muttered.
“Going somewhere?” she asked, staring at me suspiciously. I was wearing a hoodie to hide my identity, just in case.
“And since when do I have to report my whereabouts to you?” I said, glaring at her.

“I’m just surprised to see you dressed like that, and you’re going to drive the car yourself. You should at least tell someone where you’re going before leaving,” she said.
“I don’t answer to you,” I said, snatching the car keys from the driver.
I drove roughly to the place I had sworn never to return to since what I had done, but here I was again, answering a call.
I looked around cautiously, hoping it wasn’t a setup for her to blackmail me. I should have killed her when I had the chance, but keeping her alive in the first place was nothing but a mistake. However, I think it’s time to do what should have been done once and for all.
“What do you want?” I asked, walking into the old building after making sure no one was following me.
“There’s a problem, Luna Vivienne,” she said, getting up and biting her fingers nervously.
“What problem are you talking about? Is this another attempt at blackmail? I pay you every darn month just to keep that thing called a mouth shut. So why can’t you keep it shut? Why do you want me here?” I asked, my annoyance growing.
“The girl came. I saw her with my own eyes. She saw me,” she muttered crazily.
“What girl are you talking about? Who saw you? What is all this about?” I asked impatiently.
“The girl from years ago—the baby back then—is here. I think she wants answers, and I think she’ll get them soon p>
