She is the only woman fit to be my Luna. She’s fearless, strong, and brave. What more could I ask for?
For a fact, I knew I couldn’t have s*x with Sheela even if she were the last woman on Earth, but I was unconscious when it all happened. So there was literally no way to defend myself. The only thing I could do was threaten her the moment I found myself naked beside her. I had hoped something like pregnancy wouldn’t occur, but it had to happen on a day that was very important to me.
And I’m lucky that the most important woman in my life was the one who saved me from the pit I saw myself falling into.
“What are you staring at?” she asked, making me jolt out of my thoughts.
I brought her to my favorite place in the mansion as soon as the meeting was over. This part of the mansion allows me to see everyone from here; it’s like my own CCTV camera.
“I can’t help but feel happy about how lucky I am to meet a woman like you,” I said.

“Well, you should just count yourself lucky to have me then,” she said with a smile as she leaned close to me.
“I am definitely lucky to have you. Thanks for bringing me out of the darkness I thought I would never escape from. Thanks for being a light in my life. I bless the day I saw you and the same day my world screamed ‘mate’, my superwoman,” I said, kissing her nose.
“I was only lucky to have planned something ahead of time like this. There’s nothing super about that,” she said.
“Only a wise woman would think of doing that. You’re not only beautiful, you’re smart, confident, and my savior, Luna Amira,” I said.
“Your mom won’t be happy to hear that,” I added, lifting her up with my hands on her waist. She placed her hands on my shoulders in return.
“What are you trying to do?” she asked, smiling.

The sounds she was making only heightened my desire. There was no doubt that tonight, we would be together. I yearned for her touch.
“I want your body beneath mine,” I whispered into her ear, making her shiver.
“Emily,” we both heard, and she quickly disengaged as soon as Mr. Mico came into view.
This wasn’t what I had hoped for, I thought, staring at my lower body, which had already risen.
Sheela’s POV
My hope came crashing down, the world I had built in my head collapsed when I least expected it. This took me completely by surprise.
I had everything planned out. She was supposed to die from food poisoning, but she was a step ahead of me, and I didn’t know about it. We never saw this coming, and I didn’t foresee it either. I relaxed, thinking everything was over, but she gave me an unexpected blow. I thought everything was finished the moment I stabbed Adrian. I thought my dreams were beginning to come true when every elder of that pack accepted the child and urged him to marry me, but I was wrong all along.
I couldn’t tell them the actual truth because I was ashamed of what they would say about me. I didn’t want them to curse me more than they already had. I fled like I had no origin, running for my life. And all of this because of a girl who once cleaned my feet, a girl who once worshipped the ground I stepped on, and I couldn’t do anything about it.
This is all my fault to begin with. I should have killed her when I had the chance. I was given permission, but I was too scared to do it. My fears have now left me with nothing in the end. This is a big shame, and I just can’t take it. I will never accept this.
