Just as Regina finally calmed down , Henry called after realizing she was missing.

Before I could say anything, he shouted, panicked and furious, “Emilia, what did you do to her? I’m warning you, if you dare touch her, I will make sure your grandma dies before she does.”
Originally, I had planned to deal with him in another way. But after learning about the truth, I realized I didn’t even need to lift a finger to destroy him.
So I was no longer as confrontational or aggressive as before. Instead, I spoke in a worried and desperate tone.

Henry never truly believed I would go as far as murder. So when he heard my pleading, he let off a breath of relief and began to calm down.
His voice softened. “Emi, I don’t want to do this, either. You know how important your grandma is to me. This is just my last resort.
“As long as you help Regina find a heart for transplant and bring her over to Claudeville, I’ll come over with the best cardiologists. Once we confirm there’s no issue with the heart, we’ll proceed with the surgery immediately. ”
“Please, please don’t hurt Grandma,” I repeated.
“Have you gotten the heart?” he asked.
Even though he didn’t love me as his daughter, he still knew me well. Based on what he knew, he didn’t believe I would give in so quickly, let alone prepare everything this fast.
Henry was suspicious.
“Emilia, you better not be trying to trick me. I really don’t want to reach the point where I have to drag your grandma down with me,” he warned.
“But no one can cure the poison you used, so what are you afraid of? You know how much she means to me,” I said.
My words immediately eased his doubts. No matter how unwilling I was to cooperate, I would do anything if Grandma were in danger.
Besides, Henry would know if I was lying as soon as we met
“Alright, come over. I won’t do anything to your grandma,” he promised.
Then he quickly added, “Regina is in a critical condition. Since you’re bringing everything over, let’s meet at the hospital.”
He chose the hospital where his best friend worked so he could verify everything I had prepared.
Seeing that he had genuinely calmed down and would no longer act recklessly, I agreed and ended the call.
By the time we rushed to the hospital from the airport, my people had already brought both Henry and Grandma there.
