I wasn’t entirely sure what I was asking for. But I knew I needed to feel that connection with Elliot once again. I wasn’t prepared when he marked me the first time, but I was prepared now, and I was ready for him. Even though I couldn’t mark him back just yet and I didn’t
fully have my wolf with me, I still wanted to feel that connection in every possible way.
I had a feeling a war was coming soon and there was no telling what was going to happen during or after this war. I was scared for the pack, but most importantly, I was scared for Elliot. He was the main target; he was the one Scott was going after.
