Even though the dresses were made of warmer fabrics, Serenity believed that traditional winter clothing was more suitable for the season. She often teased her best friend for prioritizing style over comfort. The girls had different tastes in winter attire; Serenity wished she could wear a duvet outside when it was cold.

“What’s the matter?” Zachary asked as Serenity extended her hand, demanding his phone.
“I want to check if I’m still on your contact list. Did you delete my number? Given your history, I need to look at your phone. If you erase my contact again, don’t bother re-adding it p>
She had quite the temper.
Zachary handed his phone to her without hesitation. After unlocking it, he tapped on the message icon for her convenience. “It’s easy to delete a number, but adding it back is a challenge. I learned that the hard way, and I won’t make the same mistake again p>
When Serenity had added her number back last time, she warned him that they would be done if they ever deleted each other’s numbers again.
