Jessica stood on the brink of tears as she barked at the burly woman, “Go! Hurry! Go check on them p>
“O–Okay!” The woman froze in fear, then snapped out of it and rushed forward.
At the edge of the rooftop, Dominic’s left hand clamped onto the concrete ledge while his right arm locked around Isabella.
They dangled in the open air.
Dominic’s eyes were bloodshot as he roared, “Isabella Sinclair, have you lost your mind p>
Isabella looked up at him. Her eyes held a hollow, deathly emptiness as she cried, “Honey, let go. Let go now p>
She wore a white dress that swayed in the wind, fragile as a butterfly caught in a storm.
Dominic ground his teeth together. One arm carried the weight of two people. Even with his strength, the strain was severe. His endurance was remarkable, and he could still hold on for a short while.
“Stop this damn nonsense,” he shouted. “I’m pulling you up. Grab the edge of the roof p>
They were on the tenth floor. Nearly 100 feet below lay solid concrete. A fall meant certain death.
Isabella shook her head, tears streaming down her face.
“Honey, I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. Don’t save me…” As she spoke, she struggled, unwilling to drag him into danger with her.
A voice rang out from above. “Pass her to me. Now p>
The burly woman crouched at the edge, reaching down with an anxious expression.
Isabella froze. She could not understand why this woman wanted to save her.
Dominic’s pupils tightened as a suspicion took shape. He wasted no time and summoned all his strength, hauling Isabella upward.
This time, it went smoothly. Isabella sensed something was wrong and cooperated, stretching out her arm. The burly woman caught hold of her.
A moment later, Isabella was pulled back onto the roof.
With Isabella safe, Dominic found it much easier. He gripped the edge with both hands and pulled himself up with ease. Even so, he panted heavily once he stood upright.
His heart still hammered in his chest as he turned to Isabella and cursed, “You’re a damn idiot, Completely insane p>
What had just happened balanced on a razor’s edge. A second later, Isabella would have fallen, or they both would have plunged together.
After a few seconds, Dominic steadied his breathing. He straightened and fixed his gaze on Jessica. His voice turned cold “ Don’t you think you owe me an explanation p>
Jessica had never expected the situation to end like this. She stood there, unable to speak.
Isabella no longer cared. She already knew everything, traced back to Jessica. She shouted sharply, “Then what about all these marks on my body p>
Under Dominic’s stare, Jessica panicked. She lowered her voice, “I did them. No one else touched you
Isabella froze, then screamed with overwhelming relief and joy, “Honey p>
She rushed forward and threw her arms around Dominic.

This time, he did not push her away.
With everything exposed, the burly woman said nothing. She walked over and quietly untied Jessica and Autumn.
The moment Autumn was freed, she walked straight up to Jessica.
A crisp slapping sound rang out as she struck Jessica’s face.
