Jonathan had to go on a last–minute business trip to Cranur for about three days. On his way there, he was still obsessing over the situation with Michael, wondering if he was overthinking it.
Michael, who followed him for the trip, leaned against the airplane window while curiously looking around and said, “Wow, it’s my first time flying first class p>
Jonathan fixed his gaze on Michael and replied, “What did you fly to Jarisburg p>
Michael then said, “We took the train! I was upset because we didn’t get to see Candy Castle. It was too crowded p>
Jonathan replied, “I’ll bring you there when the weather gets warmer p>
“Sure!” Michael swung his legs. “But Mr. Daddy Lime, how’d you know I visited Jarisburg p>
“I also knew that it was Teresa and Miriam who brought you there. Isn’t that so?” Jonathan answered.
“Wow, you’re amazing.” Michael’s eyes sparkled with admiration. “We even saw Edward. Do you know him? He said he’s your cousin p>
“Yeah, that’s right.” Jonathan nodded and patted Michael’s head. “Edward Lawrence is my cousin p>
Michael nodded, his eyes still shining. “Can we stay in your mansion next time? Edward took us there, and it’s huge. I loved it p>
Jonathan bought that courtyard house in Jarisburg for his wife and son. Being unsure if Michael was his son, Jonathan did not respond, afraid that he might let Michael down.
Since Michael didn’t receive a response, he muttered, “How petty p>

When they arrived in Cranur, Jonathan brought Michael to the hotel and checked into the presidential suite. It was Michael’s first time staying in a hotel suite, which he’d only seen on television.

“Mr. Daddy Lime, I don’t eat peppers and blue cheese,” said Michael.
“I know.” Jonathan returned to his senses and patted Michael’s head. “Me too p>
After eating, Jonathan sent Michael back to the presidential suite and headed to his business meeting. Michael had his phone in his pocket, but instead of watching videos as usual, he lay on the couch and started drawing. Suddenly, his phone chimed with a message.
Teresa texted: [Have you eaten?] She wasn’t sure if Jonathan was with Michael, so she texted instead of calling.

Teresa called Michael as soon as she saw the text, thinking the brat hadn’t taken the initiative to call even once over the past few days. She wasn’t a proactive person, so she was waiting for Michael to contact her.
“Michael, you’re living the high life, aren’t you? Staying in a presidential suite and living in luxury? Did you forget about me?” Teresa asked.
“Since I don’t eat spicy food, I ate a kid’s meal Mr. Lime got me and even flew first class today. Mr. Daddy Lime went out, so I’m alone in this presidential suite. The sofa here is bigger than my bed!” Michael reported to Teresa in his cute, baby–like voice.
Teresa snorted. “What’s so great about a presidential suite? It doesn’t have the warmth of home p>
