“So what does Luna Vivienne have to do with your investigation?” Tristan asked.
“Well, I decided to visit the nearest hospital from the place I was dumped. I was sure my parents were living nearby and probably had me in that hospital. When I got there, a nurse saw me and started acting strange. She looked shocked at first but ended up running off. I found that act a bit strange, so I decided to trail her. I left my guard to watch her until the next morning, and we found out she died that same night p>
“Fortunately for me, he filmed everything that happened while she visited the woman. Here’s what I saw. You should watch it too,” she said, stretching out a phone to me, which I took immediately.
“She really is the one, but the question is, what exactly is she trying to hide that would make her stain her hands with the nurse’s blood?” Tristan asked.
“Exactly my point! There must be something behind all of this. She was wearing the same hoodie when she left the mansion last night, and she was in a hurry, so there’s no doubt she’s the one in that video,” she said.
“Is the hospital’s name ‘Probably Peace’?” I asked lowly.
“Yes, do you know the place? Thank goodness you do. I requested that they let me see their files, but they refused because I don’t have anyone’s approval. That’s why I actually asked for help,” she said.
“There’s absolutely no problem with helping you. We’ll all go there tomorrow and find out the whole truth, leaving no stone unturned. We’ll know why Luna Vivienne is involved in this whole thing because, from the looks of it, she definitely has a hand in this. I’m curious to know,” I said.
One thing I’m sure of is that she wouldn’t bother doing all of this if it were just an ordinary child. I really hope what’s going to happen isn’t what I’m thinking, because if it is, she definitely has a lot of questions to answer to me.
“So we leave first thing tomorrow morning, right?” she asked.

“Of course. I will do whatever it takes to help you, and we will leave no stone unturned,” I assured her with a faint smile, quickly getting up so they wouldn’t notice my mood swing.
Luna Vivienne’s POV
“Luna, it’s me, Sheela,” she said from outside, and I let her in immediately.
“You’re here,” I said, sitting close to her and taking her hand into mine.
“How is the baby doing?” I asked softly.
“I guess he’s fine. He’s surely doing well,” she said with a proud smile.
“I’m glad to know that, but I’m also sad because I’m scared of something bad happening to him,” I said, my expression turning sad.
“Something bad? Like what? I don’t want anything happening to this child,” she said, covering her stomach protectively.
“Well, if you’re sure about that, and if you really care about this child like you claim, if you care about him like your second life, don’t you think it’s time to remove the only threat to his life?” I asked.
“The only threat to his life? Are you talking about Amira?” she asked timidly.
