I yelled, tapping her aggressively, and her eyes shot open as she rubbed the spot I tapped in pain.
“What did you do that for?” she asked, sounding like a child.
“Why are you in my room?” I asked, glaring at her.
“You wanted me here,” she said, a smug smile creeping onto her face. “You held me back when you asked me to leave, and you made me feel like a woman for the first time since I came to this mansion p>
“You know very well that even if you were the last woman on earth, I would never settle for you. What you just said is nothing but a lie. You drugged my water and seduced me p>
“You must think you will get away with this, but trust me, what you did today will be something you’ll regret for the rest of your life. Mark my words,” I said fiercely.

“Get out of here if you still value your life, and don’t ever show your face before me again,” I warned, my voice deadly serious.
“But you really asked for it. Have I committed a crime by listening to what you said as the alpha of the pack?” she hurriedly asked, putting on her dress.
What have I done? I let down my guard for no reason. I should have known something was off when my mom left with Amira and left her eligible daughter-in-law alone in the mansion. This is nothing but a mistake. I won’t let it ruin the relationship I am slowly building with Amira. I have always been very careful around Sheela because I don’t want anything to make her call my name, nor do I want any mistakes between us. But they had this planned out. It’s a mistake, and it’s in the past now. I just have to move forward, have Amira back in my life, and make her the Luna of this pack. That should be my goal, and nothing is going to ruin that for me.
It’s been three weeks since the incident, and everything has been going smoothly since then. Thankfully, my relationship with Amira has been going well too.

Like I instructed, Sheela has done her best to avoid me, which helps me forget the mistake I made in the past. Now, I am focused on my present with Amira.
Today, I have something planned for her. It’s a proposal. I’ll be proposing to her officially today, and I hope she accepts me. I also hope everything goes smoothly.
She’s reconciled with Tristan, and they are more like siblings now. I know it will be hard for Tristan to accept, but he’ll come around once we get married. The company has been doing well, all thanks to her.
Ever since she came back, everything has been going smoothly. I can’t help but wonder why people ever called her a cursed woman when, in reality, she is a blessing to me and my pack.
I won’t listen to whatever anyone says to discourage me or talk me out of marrying her. My mother’s views no longer matter in this. I will only go for what makes me happy, and Amira is the one.
I decided to take the day off today to plan how the surprise will go. I don’t want any mistakes. I won’t accept that, so everything has to go according to plan.
“I think we’ll need someone to delay her, because we still have a lot of things to put in order,” Tristan said, glancing at everything on the ground.
“You are the only one who can stall her. Please go do that while I organize everything else,” I pleaded, trying not to show how frustrated I was.
