The Miller family car moved steadily out of the residential area, the engine humming softly beneath the quiet.

Eli sat by the window, her hands clasped tightly in her lap. Every now and then, her gaze drifted outside- to passing buildings, rows of trees, the slow rhythm of traffic. SunCity looked the same as always.
But her thoughts were nothing but.
Today… felt different.
There were so many things she wanted to ask. About the school. About how she would be introduced. About whether the people there already knew her background. Even something as simple as… whether she would fit in.
But every question stopped at the edge of her mind.

A few minutes later, the car slowed and came to a stop in front of a large gate with a sleek, modern design. The school’s name stood neatly displayed on the right side, framed by a well-maintained garden.

“The school my husband mentioned,” Althea replied softly.
Even after the door was opened for her, Eli didn’t step out right away. She remained seated for a moment, eyes fixed on the building ahead. It wasn’t overly flashy-but it was clean, orderly, and… peaceful.

“Eli?” Althea called gently.

The staff member signaled the Miller family driver to guide the car toward a side lane. Not far from them,

“To make things easier, we’ll take you around using this vehicle,” the staff member explained.
Eli glanced at it briefly. It was simple, open on the sides, but comfortable enough to navigate what was clearly a large school campus.
They climbed in. Althea took her seat first, and Eli followed, sitting beside her. Meanwhile, the car that had brought them there slowly drove off toward the designated parking area.
The small vehicle began to move, rolling gently along the school’s main road.
“On your left is the academic building for middle-level students,” the driver said in a friendly tone. “Most of the core classes are held there p>
Eli followed his gesture. The building looked modern, with wide windows and a small garden out front. A few students walked by with books in their hands, chatting quietly-no loud voices, no chaos.
