“There’s a mountain of work piling up at the Flynn Group! The project with the Lopez Group isn’t even settled yet. Aren’t you going to handle all our other business? Stop chasing women on company time. Victor coughed harshly. “Get your ass back here now p>
Victor coughed uncontrollably, his blood boiling as he thought of Zachary buying property for Bella in Joracity while the collaboration project between the Zachary Group and the Lopez Group had made no progress.
To Zachary, it was only natural to assume that the “woman” his grandfather referred to was Gwyneth. His grandfather mistakenly believed Zachary hadn’t come for the Lopez Group project at all, but solely for her.
“ Grandpa, I swear, it’s not because of a woman. The deal with the Lopez Group is practically done. We’re about to sign,” Zachary said.
“What damn deal? You’re clearly head over heels for some woman! Get your ass back to Calvocity right now!” Victor said
Victor seemned at a loss for words and abruptly hung up, leaving Zachary torn. If I left now, how could I ever win Gwyneth back? he thought.
He was about to explain his presence to Gwyneth when he saw her unmistakable smile. Zachary’s mind raced with alarm.
No, I hid my whereabouts because I didn’t want the Flynn Group to think I wasn’t working. I only brought Bella to various events and meetings.
How could Grandpa have known I was here trying to make Gwyneth stay? Bella had always been by my side, the only other people who knew about this were…. he thought.

Bella was at a complete loss. It wasn’t me. she stammered, her voice trembling with frustration.
