This sedative was far more advanced than the conventional ones that had to be consumed to take effect. It was much harder to detect and had a much higher success rate. However, its only flaw was that it required the target to inhale it for at least one minute.
Just as Agatha was about to ask whether she would be knocked out too, Timothy tossed her a pill.
“This is the antidote. Take it first, and you’ll be fine,” he stated.
“My baby boy is always so thoughtful,” Agatha immediately responded.
Timothy absolutely despised her calling him “baby boy“. Never mind that he used to have a formidable reputation. Now, he was already a 30–year–old, full–grown man.
He truly couldn’t stand her calling him that, as though he were a child.
In the past, Timothy would’ve surely scowled on the spot. But now, knowing that his mother played a critical role in his plan, he forced himself to endure it.
“Tim, once you become Irvin, you have to get me out of here right away. I really can’t stand being in this place for even another minute!” Agatha exclaimed.
She truly couldn’t bear staying in the psychiatric hospital any longer. She had always considered Timothy the most important person in her life. However, her desperation was so strong that not even he was her first concern
anymore.
Her first thought wasn’t about how to ensure Timothy’s plan succeeded. Instead, it was that he had to get her out immediately.
Focused entirely on getting the plan underway, Timothy just offhandedly replied, “Don’t worry, Mom. Once I become Irvin, I’ll get you out first thing.”
Upon hearing his promise, Agatha swiftly left in high spirits.
Both of them were certain that their plan was foolproof. After all, with a sedative like this, Irvin would collapse so
