Since Zachary’s clothing was custom-tailored and delivered directly to their home, Grandma May was well aware of his underwear color preferences.
“Seren, Zachary isn’t particularly picky, so you don’t need to overthink this. Just get him some clothes, and I can help with his size,” she advised.
“But what if he doesn’t like what I choose?” Serenity worried.

Despite his tendency to hide his emotions, Zachary often showcased the clothes his wife bought him, even if he initially pretended to dislike them.
While Grandma May was no longer actively involved in the company, she still had her ways of keeping up with office happenings.
Recently, Zachary had been flaunting the perks of being married to Serenity, particularly in discussions with Josh Bucham.
Encouraged by Nana’s words, Serenity decided to purchase two sets of clothing and a couple of ties for Zachary.
However, upon checking her finances, she realized she couldn’t afford to indulge Zachary’s more extravagant tastes.
Staying true to herself, Serenity believed in living within her means and wouldn’t pretend to be wealthy.
After finishing her work and having lunch, Serenity hopped on her e-bike and headed to the mall to find clothes for Zachary.
On her way, she also picked up Liberty and Sonny to take them home.
“Liberty, just a heads up—Hank might get into another argument with you when you return,” she warned.
Earlier, while they were busy at the store, Hank had called Liberty, questioning her about why she hadn’t cooked for him.

“Liberty, don’t say that. Your troubles are my troubles. I’ll be here for you, no matter what you choose. Zachary also mentioned that you can reach out to him if you need help. He just prefers to avoid dealing with Hank,” Serenity reassured her.
“Zachary is a good man. You should appreciate him and nurture your little family. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. The biggest regret I have is listening to Hank’s nonsense and believing he would always support me. That’s why I left my career to be a housewife. In the end, it was all a lie!” Liberty exclaimed.

Afterward, Serenity took Liberty home and insisted on escorting her upstairs. If Hank dared to mistreat Liberty, Serenity was ready to stand up for her sister.
A few minutes later, Liberty opened the door and walked inside with Serenity and her son, who had dozed off during the trip.
“Where have you been? Why did you take so long? I thought… Oh, Seren! You’re here too!” Hank grumbled, emerging from the kitchen wearing an apron and holding a spatula. His expression was dark and brooding. He had intended to scold his wife, but seeing his sister-in-law made him hold back his harsh words.
