“I’m worried about my sweetheart, of course. I spent two days with my parents at the beach and returned to the city last night. I have something to share with you, Serenity. This morning, I blocked Mr. York’s car the way you taught me, and I actually succeeded p>

and my car was there. He instructed his bodyguards to assist in moving my car to the side. “This proves that he actually has a heart. If I keep using this approach, he might eventually allow me into his car,” Elisa reflected wistfully. “I regret not being able to get into his car and speak with him privately p>
Serenity chuckled. “Who says you didn’t have the chance? Didn’t he ask his bodyguards to help you move your car? He did you a favor, so you can use this as an opportunity to approach him, invite him to dinner, or send him some gifts as a thank you.” Elisa’s eyes brightened at Serenity’s suggestion. “You’re absolutely right! Why didn’t I think of that p>
Serenity playfully teased her, “You wanted to reach the finish line all at once, so you overlooked the details.” Elisa took the teasing in stride and replied graciously, “I’ve had a crush on him for years. I struggled with my feelings and tried to let him go, but my feelings for him are too strong to ignore, so I decided to pursue him instead. Loving someone deeply means wanting more from that person.” She was eager to win Zachary over, hoping to get a marriage license with him soon and become his wife.
Meanwhile, Old Mrs. York, who was hiding from Elisa in the washroom, could hear the conversation between Serenity and her. The two girls were unguarded and spoke openly, not lowering their voices. Despite her age, Old Mrs. York’s hearing remained sharp, and she could clearly hear what they were saying. She never expected Serenity to guide Elisa on how to pursue Zachary.
