Noticing Sonny picking up the bowl and feeding himself after Liberty set it down, Grandma May commented, “Sonny is growing up so quickly. He can eat by himself now. You should consider sending him to preschool; it’ll make things easier for you too p>
“Are you hiring anyone to help out?” she inquired.
Liberty assisted the elderly lady in taking a seat. “The store isn’t open yet, so I’m unsure how business will go. For now, I’ll manage on my own. If things go well, I might think about hiring someone. Seren and Mrs. Lane are scheduled to help on opening day p>
“Let me know if you need assistance. While I’m old and can’t do much, I have nine grandchildren. Just say the word, and they’ll come to help you p>
