Sensing her deliberate distance, Jensen’s frustration mounted. He was about to say something more when the door swung open and Benjamin walked in. His face darkened the moment he saw Jensen.
“What are you doing here?” he boomed, his voice laced with anger.

Benjamin hadn’t expected her to defend Jensen so fiercely, and his expression grew even uglier. “Rebekah, I’m gone for a few days and you call this pretty boy to your bedside? Have you no shame p>

Benjamin was already furious about Jensen stealing his business deal. Seeing him here with Rebekah, acting so familiar, sent his rage boiling over.

He walked out of the room without giving Benjamin a second glance.
