“If you want, I could have him killed, and no one would ever suspect you,” Dante muttered.
Sofia sighed and pulled away from him.
“No… not yet,” she murmured, folding her arms.

Dante exhaled deeply and slumped into the chair. “I heard his father is back in town. Maybe you could talk to him instead. You said he used to like you back in the day… wanted you to marry Aiden before they found out Amelia was his mate p>
Sofia turned slowly, eyes lighting up with realization. “Why didn’t I think of that? Oh, Dante… you’re so smart. That’s why I love you p>
She sauntered over and straddled him, fingers threading through his hair as his eyes darkened with lust.
A soft moan escaped her lips when she felt the bulge beneath her. Smirking, she unbuttoned the top of her gown, baring her breasts to him.
Dante’s gaze locked on them like a starved man. Without hesitation, he leaned forward and wrapped his mouth around one, sucking greedily.
Sofia gasped, tilting her head back as waves of pleasure coursed through her. Her skin prickled with heat. She reached down, unbuckled his trousers, and pulled out his hard length. Without underwear beneath her gown, she slid down on him in one swift motion, moaning as he filled her.
She rocked her hips slowly, then faster, each movement deepening her pleasure. Dante’s mouth remained on her breast, sucking and nibbling as his hands moved to her waist and squeezed her ass.

Sofia threw her head back and cried out as she climaxed, trembling on top of him as her release soaked them both. Dante followed right after, groaning deeply as he emptied inside her.
Their bodies stayed locked together, chests heaving as they fought to catch their breath. Dante held her close, his length still buried inside her, wishing they could stay that way forever.
But then, suddenly, Sofia stood and began buttoning her dress.
“Where are you going?” Dante asked, watching her pick up her phone.
“I need to clean up and head to the pack house. As the future Luna of this pack… I have work to do p>
She walked out without another glance. Dante leaned back, exhaling hard.

Far away from Red Moon Pack, in a quiet white room, a woman lay unconscious in the bed at the center, wires attached to her, a heart monitor beeping softly beside her.

“What are we going to do now, Seraphina? Her wolf isn’t healing. She looks… wolfless. I’m not sure she’s alive anymore,” the man said quietly.
Seraphina approached the bed, her eyes soft as they rested on the sleeping figure.
“She’s still in there. She’ll wake up, Kael,” she whispered.
“I hope you did everything I asked you to. We can’t afford a single mistake. No one must find out about her p>
“I followed every step. The family already laid the body to rest today. No one suspects the body they buried isn’t hers. Alpha Aiden didn’t attend, so he couldn’t confirm anything p>
Seraphina nodded. “Good p>
Suddenly, the body on the bed jolted. Her chest heaved violently as she screamed and thrashed.
“Eva… Eva… Eva!” she cried out.
Seraphina jumped and quickly removed the oxygen mask. “Amelia… Amelia, calm down p>
“I saw Eva! She needs me! Someone’s trying to kill her,” Her eyes widened as she looked at the unfamiliar faces. Confused and panicked, she pulled away from Seraphina’s grip.
“Who are you? Where am I? Please… don’t kill me. I need to get back to my daughter. She needs me. Please p>
Tears streamed down her cheeks, raw panic overtaking her.
“Amelia, listen… we’re not going to hurt you,” Seraphina said gently, but Amelia backed away, terrified.
She yanked out the wires attached to her and jumped from the bed, sprinting toward the door. Kael stepped forward and caught her.
“Let me go! Eva needs me!” she sobbed, kicking and thrashing.
“Do it, Seraphina,” Kael said firmly.
Seraphina’s hands trembled as she approached, tears filling her eyes. She injected Amelia with a sedative. Her body went limp as she slurred, “Please… Eva… needs me p>
Her head dropped as she passed out again. Kael carried her back to the bed, laying her down gently.
“Why was she asking about her daughter? Does she not remember what happened? You think it’s memory loss? ”
“I don’t know, Kael… I don’t know. But I pray this is just confusion… not something deeper p>
