“We should be inside your soul,” Nighthowl replied. “Our bodies have turned into energy and merged with yours. I can lend you my control over space. With your current strength, you should be able to fight Maverick from Chromatic Star p>
Back then, Maverick had left a huge shadow in Nighthowl’s heart. The pup had been truly frightened.
Now, at last, he had caught up.
Joanna was surprised. She was this strong-strong enough to stand her ground against a Level 60 fighter.
Alwyn added calmly, “My genes can give you extreme defense. Your skin will turn gold. Even lava can’t melt it. You’ll also gain the ability to control fire p>

The three who remained in the program were, of course, Joanna, Ivan, and Katherine.

When she arrived, everyone else was already there. When she walked in, several people smiled in relief and joy.

He forced a smile, then continued, “If it weren’t for you, someone like me-with just an SS-rank talent-would never have made it this far. My growth was huge. Others paid for it, but I didn’t spend a single credit. I really hit the jackpot p>
Audrey quickly spoke up, worried. “I spent money, but I think it was worth it p>
She didn’t want Joanna to think she had paid only to be eliminated in the first round and end up resenting her.
Taylor sure wasn’t good with his words.

Audrey turned to Joanna. She had followed Nighthowl into dungeons so often that seeing Joanna felt natural, like meeting the leader behind the leader. Her tone turned flattering without her noticing.
“Joanna, without you, I never would’ve made it here. I truly think it was worth it. In just eighteen days, I gained 18,000 attribute points. My agility alone is over 5,000 now. Even if I bought every attribute item on the market and used them all, I couldn’t reach this number p>
She took a breath, excited.
