Seeing the expression on Lilian’s face, Karina understood something serious must’ve happened-but didn’t press further. “Alright. I’ll send someone over right away. Also, the medicine has launched, and it’s selling extremely well. A lot of companies have already come to negotiate for distribution rights p>
“But I didn’t agree to anything,” she continued. “I believe we need to control our own distribution channels. That’s the only way to ensure product authenticity p>
“Mm. You handle it,” Lilian replied calmly. She completely trusted Karina’s business sense—after all, she had a doctorate in management from Princeton University.
“One more thing,” Karina added. “Million Corp has sent people over several times trying to acquire Skyreach Group. I turned them down. After looking into it, I found out the group belongs to Killian. Just thought you should know p>
She knew Lilian had a history with Killian. Even though the matter had been shut down, it was better to give a heads-up in case he tried something underhanded.

With business handled, Lilian returned to her usual rhythm of school and work.
She later learned that during the explosion, even though she had managed to enter the space, the impact from the bullet had still injured her. The internal damage healed, but she remained unconscious for some time.
Blue, worried about the effects of staying too long in the space, had transported her out. Somehow, she had ended up directly next to Sebastian-which even Blue couldn’t explain.
Back at school, Natalie and Jill bombarded her with questions. After all, she had vanished for over two weeks, and no one could reach her by phone.

Seeing their happy reactions, Lilian finally relaxed.
The following month was packed.
Lilian balanced her studies and work. Because of her schedule, she only accepted one patient a week, but that was enough for her reputation as a young miracle doctor to spread throughout high society.
Skyreach Group’s name soared.
The pharmaceutical company’s new product, made with rare herbs, performed exceptionally well and quickly climbed the charts in sales.
Ryan was running the investment division with remarkable success, and both the real estate and entertainment arms had settled into stable operations. The hospital construction was nearly complete.
The two overseas companies were handed off to Karina, who sent Skyreach Group’s former vice president, Taven, to manage them.
At Skyreach Group headquarters, Lilian stood at her office window, gazing out with calm determination. Three years. It’ll pass in the blink of an eye.
The office door knocked softly, and Ryan stepped inside.
“The land plots you asked me to monitor are going up for auction tonight,” he said, eyes resting on her silhouette.
