Just as she was about to decline, the office door opened from outside. She turned to look.
Sebastian stood there, his brows knitted tightly. His gaze swept over the junk food scattered on the floor. “Get this garbage out of here,” he said to Foster without a trace of warmth. Then his eyes landed on Cameron, and there was a clear warning in his stare.
Returning his gaze to Lilian, Sebastian calmly walked over, took the snack out of her hand, and passed it to Foster. Then, with a tissue, he gently wiped the crumbs from the corner of her mouth.
His voice was stern but filled with unmistakable affection. “No more of this unhealthy junk. If you want snacks, I’ll have something custom-made for you-but don’t eat random stuff from outside. You’re still growing, and this could affect your health p>
Lilian looked at the man carefully wiping her hands and couldn’t help but burst into laughter. The way he was doting on her felt more like a dad than a boyfriend.
Sebastian caught her smile and pretended to be annoyed. He lightly pinched her cheek. “Still laughing? You’re too spoiled p>
“I feel like your daughter or something,” Lilian teased, mischief in her eyes.

He had finally realized: ever since Sebastian started dating Lilian, he wasn’t the same. Watching them was pure torture for single people like him.
Sebastian shot him a cool glance, then took Lilian’s hand, grabbed his coat, and headed toward the door.

Downstairs, it was the evening rush at Empire Group. Sebastian led Lilian straight into the private elevator.
As they stepped out of the elevator in the main lobby-hand in hand-everyone went still.
