Round after round, the pattern repeated. Lillian shoved all her winnings into the pot every time, going all in without so much as a blink-and every single hand, she won.
The crowd grew restless, their shock mounting with each flip of the river card.
The stack of chips in front of her rose higher and higher until it looked like a small mountain, glittering under the casino lights.
In no time, word spread through the entire casino-there was a young girl at the Texas Hold’em table, winning every hand, pushing every chip she had into the pot, and raking in over ten million in under an hour.
As the next hand began, the table went silent. Every eye locked on her, waiting to see what she would do. Moving with calm, unhurried confidence, she slid her chips forward, and-once again—cleaned the table.

A staff member led them to the long table in the center of the casino.
Within seconds, the area was packed, people crowding three-deep in every direction. Cameron and Fawks, having caught wind of the commotion, hurried over.
At the table, the two of them took seats opposite each other, the dealer standing silently between them.
“What the heck-what’s going on? Why is Lillian playing against him? And with Sebastian not here, what if she gets screwed over?” Cameron muttered, panicked.
