Lillian withdrew the needle and chuckled. “Then stay right here and keep lying down.” She turned to Conan. “Mr. Conan, she’s fine now. Let’s continue p>
After checking Isabelle and finding no danger, Conan cast Lillian a long, thoughtful look before resuming the lecture.
