Erin South Martin didn’t know how long she stood at the entrance, as the garbage bin at her feet was already filled with many sunflower seed shells.
She had even moved a chair over from who-knows-where and was sitting on it, waiting patiently for her chance.

Erin continued to threaten, “Oh, I don’t have to tell them. I could just inform Country A instead, right? After all, Professor Brandt is attempting to betray them p>
Keira immediately stepped forward, about to take control of Erin.
But Erin instantly stepped back, trying to dodge her, yet her skills were no match for Vera South’s, always at a disadvantage in Keira’s hands.
Keira merely quickened her pace and Erin couldn’t evade her. She was promptly caught and her hands were secured behind her back!

Keira didn’t budge.
Erin then looked at her, “I’ve set a timer to send an email. If you restrain me, that email will be sent out in two hours. Only if I reset it regularly will it be stopped. Even if you kill me, the message will still get out p>

Erin blinked: “So, the best thing you can do now is to take me with you! Keep me under constant surveillance, won’t that put you at ease p>

If it were anyone else, she would’ve probably already given them a good beating out of frustration, but Erin, with her delicate princess-like demeanor, looking all tender and gentle, made it difficult to lay a hand on her.

Keira got into the passenger seat, carrying her backpack with her.
Then, she heard rustling sounds from behind, and upon turning her head, she saw Erin pulling out an inflatable mattress, transforming the back seat into a bed, and seemingly conjuring up bedding and even a small tea table from her own car next door.
In a matter of minutes, the rear seat had become her cozy zone.
Erin lay there, leaning on a soft pillow, even pouring herself a cup of water from a teapot, “Ah, too much seeds do make one thirsty… What are you looking at me for? Shouldn’t we be moving p>

Lewis twitched his lips and started the car.
Not long after they started driving, Keira suddenly heard the sound of breathing from the back. She turned around to find that Erin had actually fallen asleep on the back seat.

Keira was taken aback, feeling that the words ’soft-hearted’ didn’t quite fit her.

After a non-stop journey for 12 hours, they finally arrived at the border.
Keira Olsen and Lewis Horton cautiously got out of the car, taking Erin with them onto a boat, heading straight to Country A’s border to ensure safe passage for Professor Brandt’s return.
