Eiten frowned when he heard what Rania told him. “She has a child? She…” It didn’t occur to him before, but now he realized what was the real problem here.
He could accept that she had been harassed by other men before that many men had touched her, because it was against her will and she couldn’t do anything to stop that, to stop them.
However, a child… it was different thing entirely. A child was a reminder…
Every time you saw the child, you would see it was a reminder of what had happened, and Eiten didn’t think he could see the child in a good way, though he knew deep down the child was innocent.
On the other hand, Rania also understood that, that’s why she stepped him, he needed to think clearly about what he was going to do instead of following Eli blindly, and had an outburst when he learned about it when he was with her.
“Did she… does she accept the child?” Eiten felt so bad when he asked this. He felt like the worst creature in this world for even having a problem with a child.

“I am going to skin them alive! Fuck!” Eiten roared angrily, but he didn’t know to whom he had to vent out his rage. “I am going to kill them all!” But then, he realized he had killed most of them, which only annoyed the hell out of him even more.
Rania didn’t do anything, she let the gamma let out his frustration, and cursed whatever he wanted, until in the end, he sat down on the ground and held his head within his hands. He growls viciously.
After some time, when Rania thought he already calmed down a bit, she walked closer towards him, and sat down.
“I know you are angry, Eiten,” Rania said gently, as she put her hand on his shoulder. “I knot this must be very frustrating for you, but I need you to focus on the real question here p>
Eiten grunted, but he didn’t push Rania away, which was a good sign. “What p>
“Do you want her?” Rania asked him point blank. “If you want her, you need to accept the child as well. You are not going to treat the child badly and you have to treat her daughter like your own p>
Eiten groaned again. “How could I?” Eiten wouldn’t have a problem if the child was not hers, he didn’t mind with what happened to her before, if anything, he would love her more, but the child… he didn’t know… that child was a living evidence what she had to go through. “Why does she love her child, though? ”
Eiten felt even worse after he asked the question, but Rania wouldn’t judge him for that.
“Because she is the mother, a mother loves their child no matter what.” Rania took Eiten’s hand and squeezed it lightly. “And you have to remember that the child was also part of Eli. She is the evidence of her suffering, but also the evidence of how strong she was and how big her heart is p>
Eiten was conflicted, and Rania could feel it through the bond. He was the royal gamma after all, and they were so close, he was like a brother for her.

“Because the child is…” Rania couldn’t bring herself to say it. She didn’t want Eiten to force himself to accept the child and hate her later, she knew how it felt to be hated by your own father; therefore, she didn’t want Eiten to make a rash decision without thinking it through.
“What? Because the baby was conceived in such a way?” Maximus raised his brows. “If I love you, I will love everything about you, your scar, your past, your dark though, your everything. I will love every thorn that you touch. There is no doubt for that p>
Hearing that, Rania sighed deeply. She knew that, Maximus loved her despite everything.
